SMIRGITT is the Social Media Influencer Ratings Guide for Instagram, TikTok and Threads — the influencer ratings and creator rankings guide that answers one question before you hit follow: who's actually worth your follow?

Follower counts alone don't tell you whether a creator is useful, consistent, or worth your time. SMIRGITT rates and reviews creators across all three platforms and rolls everything into one SMIRG Score — so the top Instagram creators, the top TikTok creators and the top Threads creators can be compared side by side, category by category, in ranked Top 100 lists and a single leaderboard. Our method is simple: RATE. REVIEW. RANK.

How it works: RATE. REVIEW. RANK.

• RATE — anyone can look up a creator by @handle and rate them: SKIP, WORTH IT or SUPER.
• REVIEW — users write the verdict: actually useful and clear, or all fluff? Reviews sit on the creator's profile next to their score.
• RANK — creators battle head-to-head, and every rating, review and battle feeds the creator rankings: the leaderboard, the platform pages and the Top 100 lists.

The three pillars: Instagram, TikTok, Threads

Every creator is scored on three platform pillars — their Instagram presence, their TikTok presence, and their Threads presence. A creator who only posts on one platform can't hide behind it: SMIRGITT shows all three pillar scores on every profile, alongside links to whichever of the three profiles they actually have.

How the SMIRG Score is composed

The overall SMIRG Score weights the three platforms: SMIRG = Instagram × 0.35 + TikTok × 0.35 + Threads × 0.30 (when a creator has no presence on a platform, the weights redistribute across the pillars they do have). Each pillar score is built from four components:

• Usefulness — 40%: does the content actually teach, help or deliver?
• Consistency — 20%: do they show up regularly and reliably?
• Engagement Quality — 25%: is the audience real, responsive and genuinely engaged?
• Low Spam — 15%: the cleaner and less spammy the feed, the better the score.

A creator earns the CERTIFIED badge — "CERTIFIED worth your follow" — when their SMIRG Score is 80 or higher and their engagement quality and low-spam components are each 75 or higher. For full honesty about what these scores are (and are not), read our Disclaimer.
